Our comprehensive evaluations document the psychological impact of abuse, providing critical clinical evidence that strengthens your USCIS self-petition and demonstrates the trauma you have endured.
Asylum Assessment
An asylum assessment documents the trauma and mental health impact of persecution and fear based on race, religion, nationality, political affiliation, or group membership. The assessment records and demonstrates the impact of substantial physical and mental abuse suffered by victims of crimes including victims of sexual assault, violent crimes, and human trafficking.
Divorce and
Child Custody
We provide assessments related to spousal and/or parental mental fitness, emotional stability, coercion, and capacity for decision-making in family law matters, including child custody. Evaluations focus on the attributes of all in the family unit, critical needs to maintain stability, and the impacts of transition.
Human Resources
Employee Assistance
We provide support to employers and their staff. Human Resource Departments may request an evaluation and services as a benefit to their employees. Issues addressed may cover any work related and/or personal problems that are interfering with employee job performance and well being. Assessments may also strengthen requests for future employee accommodations.
Youth Learning

Psychological testing can help with identifying the best types of supports available for your child's emotional development and learning journey. Evaluations explore patterns in executive functioning, memory, cognitive skills, as well as the impact of current life circumstances on mood, focus and emotional regulation. Assessments of these kinds are often required to gain access to sponsored individualized education programming and enrichment.
NYS OASAS DWI and DUI
Substance Use Assessment
In New York State, the Office of Addiction Services and Support (OASAS) in collaboration with the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) develops and monitors the standards for conducting Impaired Driver Screening and Assessments. In nearly all impaired driver cases, the court will require a New York State DMV OASAS clinical assessment. These evaluations aim to assess an one's degree of substance use, mental status, decision making ability, and need of treatment. This evaluation can be sought voluntarily or court ordered.
