As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker I perform assessment and provide legal Documentation by assessing the mental and emotional well-being of the individual or family members and documenting the impact of potential family separation or other immigration-related stressors on their mental health.

I collaborate with immigration attorneys to ensure that the hardship request includes relevant and well-documented mental health components and provide expert testimony in immigration court or during hardship reviews.
